UnitedHealthcare's One Healthcare ID delivers a secure, centralized identity management solution that enables a single sign-on to all integrated applications. The One Healthcare ID can be used to access all associated applications seamlessly. It also provides self-service tools for password resets, ID recovery and profile maintenance.
Beginning July 7, 2023, when users select “Log In with OneHealthcare ID,” they will transition to a new One Healthcare ID sign-in screen. They will see changes to the format. Then on July 14, 2023, there will be an added way to authenticate. Users will have the option to download the MS Authenticator app to their phone, set up an account and receive an authenticator code through the app versus waiting for a code through email, phone or text. It only takes a few minutes, but all users should know it is optional to use MS Authenticator.
Those using uhceservices.com, Employer eServices and MyAllSavers will see the same updates to the screens and the option to set up MS Authenticator.
