The LISI Academy is committed to you, the Adult Learner, and your ongoing professional development. Through the Academy, training is delivered in a dynamic manner to ensure you possess the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your position within the insurance industry.
LISI Sales: A structured approach to providing exceptional sales skills to our entire sales team. A strong emphasis is placed on the continual growth and development of our team to ensure the value they provide to their clients is second to none!
LISI Corporate: Training is provided company-wide that supports the entire sales process. This includes extensive management training, department specific training for our sales support staff including underwriting, customer service, and overall business skills.
Brokers: An array of educational material exists for the broker. Numerous Continuing Education courses are available as well as seminars delivered by trained LISI staff on a variety of industry related topics. In addition, training can be conducted for brokers and their staff within the broker’s office!
Employers: In support of the LISI Broker, training can be provided to their Employer groups on a variety of topics including HR Law, Employer Law, and Employment best practices. All geared towards education on behalf of the broker! Available end of 2012.
